Located in Tampa Heights less than 5 minutes drive to downtown Tampa, Ybor City and the convention center. Amelia arena and Raymond James stadium are both less than 5 minutes away. you can also take a walk along Tampa’s famous Riverwalk and reach the Sparksman’s wharf in about 30 minutes. Scooters 🛴 are also a great option and available in various locations around town. TPA Airport is about 15 minutes away Tampa Aquarium 10 minutes Busch gardens 20 minutes Clearwater 30 minutes St. Pete pier 35 minutes Orlando parks 1.5 hour
