The large backyard is fully fenced with a hot jacuzzi, tables and a firepit sitting area. A short drive to the lake, ski resorts, villages and restaurants. Area provides endless year-round activities. In the winter, Big Bear offers skiing, snowboarding, snow tubing. In summer enjoy water sports, mountain biking, hiking, !!Exterior Security Cameras!!

The Mojave neighbor is a fantastic area to be in! The neighborhood is super quiet, secure, and filled with many nice people. Mojave is also situated in a nice place, as there are multiple shops arrowing the area with some trinkets as well as some bakeries.
