Keauhou Punahele #B108 is an excellent location for relaxation, close to Keauhou Bay and the shopping center. Enjoy this two-bedroom, two-bathroom, ground-floor unit. Relax on the large lanai with a barbecue grill, outdoor seating, and garden views. You will be greeted by a large living room with ample seating for guests and an open layout of the living area. The dining area flows from the living room and has a table for a sit-down dinner. There are large lanai doors in the living room and dining area that allow for great lighting. The kitchen is close to the dining area and has bar seating for you to keep the conversation going while cooking. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the gadgets needed and upgraded appliances. The guest room is located off the living room by the front door and has two twin beds and chested drawers. The bathroom has a shower and bathtub combination and is located in the hallway for guests' use and convenience. The primary suite has a California king bed, a dresser to unpack your belongings, and more. Enjoy the ensuite bathroom with a double vanity, shower/bathtub combination, and a large closet. Please note: This unit does not have air conditioning. There are stairs to get down to the unit. This property does not allow any floats, pool toys, jumping, diving, or splashing. It is a quiet pool, and all children 14 years and younger must be accompanied by an adult. Babies and toddlers need to wear swim diapers. While we strive to keep all photos up to date, there may be new and updated pieces of furniture or decor that are different than in the original pictures. The functionality, available seating, and sleeping space will remain the same or may improve. The pool will be closed from May 5th, 2025 - May 19th, 2025 for resurfacing until further notice. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
