The main floor has a living room, dining room, and kitchen with seating. The second floor has a second family room, master bedroom, large bedroom, and third small bedroom which can also be a dedicated working space. The backyard has a nice soft turf lawn and the front yard has beautiful plants. The owner lives downstairs and can help with your visit.

We love San Francisco and love sharing it with our guests! The location is amazing. The Richmond District is a hidden gem in San Francisco. There are many dozens of restaurants within easy walking distance. Both Baker Beach and China Beach - two beautiful beaches with views of the Golden Gate Bridge and the Marin Headlands - are 10 minutes by foot. Golden Gate Park (amazing & larger than Central Park in NYC!) is 3 blocks away and multiple playgrounds are within just a few blocks. The neighborhood is full of families and kids. This is a very low crime neighborhood – it feels residential and slow compared to many of the other parts of San Francisco. Even so, everything you need is available within a few blocks: grocery stores, bodegas, many (many!) restaurants, hardware store, etc. are all on Geary Blvd which is 1 block away. Public transit options are excellent, with multiple major bus routes 1 block (#38 bus and #29 bus) or 3 blocks away (#1 bus and #31 bus), giving easy access to the rest of the beautiful City of San Francisco.
