Incredibly spacious home situated just a few minutes from downtown Oakhurst, 17 miles from Yosemite's South Entrance, and 7 miles from Bass Lake! Almost 6,000 sq ft. gives you and your family one of the largest homes in the area to enjoy with space for literally everyone! 6 bedrooms with 5.5 bathrooms, there is 13 total beds with sleeping for 22 people! (Infants and children must be included in total). Highlights of this massive gem include: -Movie theater room with stadium style seating and an 85 inch TV! -Hot tub is professionally serviced (which is rare in our area) and available year round. -Kids Outdoor Playset and basketball hoop -Very large kitchen with two refrigerators -Large balcony area w/ propane fire pit, BBQ grill, and plenty of seating options -Private land with gated entrance and plenty of parking -Pool table, ping pong table, and seven smart tv's throughout -Huge custom dining table for seating up to 20 people  Bedding/Bathroom Configuration is as follows: Main Level Master Bedroom- 2 Queen Bed w/en suite bathroom Main Level Bedroom #2*- One Queen Bed Main Level Bedroom #3- One Queen Bed, One Bunk Bed** w/ Twin over Full and en suite bathroom Main Level Bedroom #4- One Queen Bed, Two Twin Beds w/ en suite bathroom Downstairs Bedroom #5- One King Bed, One Full Bed Downstairs Bedroom #6- One King Bed, One Twin Bed There is a full bathroom and a half bath in common areas upstairs, and a full bathroom downstairs near bedroom #5 and #6. *Bedroom #2 is accessed by going through the master bedroom OR it has its own entrance from the covered deck area. There IS a door separating it from the master bedroom for privacy. **Please note that due to California Worker's Compensation Policy, the top bunk bed will not be made by housekeeping, but fresh bedding/sheets/pillows is absolutely provided! Indoor wood burning fireplace is unavailable during burn ban season, which typically lasts from summer through mid fall, subject to change per local guidelines.
