Restored historic home, it was built not long after the founding of the town, by some of the founding members including the builder of the original courthouse and jail. Its a town home, in walking distance to the local shops and diners, yet has a country/secluded feel to it. The home is very warm and inviting, with room for the whole family! Get cozy around the pellet stove for a movie or game night (games included), play a few games of pool, gather in the kitchen for a meal or toast, fire up the grill or build a fire outside and enjoy the spacious yard! The turnaround driveway makes it the perfect place for guests wanting to bring their boat and prefer to stay in a home together over a couple hotel rooms. Whatever your reason for staying in here in Brookville, I assure you will not be disappointed in your choice to book here!
I am a self-employed contractor, working to expand my business. I live in a mini house on the back of the property, working 6-7 days a week I am usually only home in the evenings. I keep to myself unless approached by guests or there is an issue. You're welcome to pretend I'm not there as I will hardly be noticeable, or you're welcome to say hi and have a conversation, I leave it up to the guest.
Its in possibly the best area of town, all my neighbors are excellent people who lookout for one another, in close proximity to the church.
