Today, the home trades as the Black Sheep and Spa. The Inn offers guests the choice of five very individual and well appointed rooms, each with full bathrooms/showers, as well as two separate dining rooms and three separate relaxing and entertaining rooms. Set within three acres of gently sloping south facing grounds, the grounds offer choices for both private and communal relaxing and entertaining activities.

The Inn is located on the quiet outskirts of the quaint village of Hammondsport New York. Hammondsport was once voted the coolest small town in America offering a variety of eating, drinking and browsing experiences all year round. Both the village and the lake shore are just over a mile's walk from the Inn. Keuka Lake is perhaps the most picturesque of all of the Finger Lakes and amongst the scores of wineries, micro-breweries and distilleries that dot it's fringes are some of the earliest and most famous; Pleasant Vally, Dr Konstantin Frank and Heron Hill to name just three.
