Enjoy time at the pool or watch the sunset over the Gulf access canal from the private dock. Blue Flamingo is a little slice if paradise and only minutes from restaurants, bars and shops and less than 30 minutes from Fort Myers Beach. This bright and airy home has everything you need to sit back, relax and enjoy the Florida weather! A fully stocked kitchen including an Instant Pot, air fryer and spices will make staying in and watching the sunset a breeze. There is also a brand new gas grill to cook poolside. Or drive just 2 miles to the best restaurants and bars in Cape Coral. Book this comfortable home with the master suite on the left side of the home, and the other 2 rooms are on the right side of the home. The left-side master suite has a private access sliding door out to the pool and patio area.
The house is in a quiet neighborhood on a cul-de-sac street. Just minutes from shopping and restaurants.
