This Redfish Village coveted premium corner unit with a private entrance and spacious balcony is just steps away from Redfish Village's own private beach access, overlooking lovely Blue Mountain Beach. This 1,800 square-foot-condo also has a rare private breezeway for your bikes and beach things and a lovely massive corner balcony facing southwest toward the Gulf and the glorious sunsets. The main bedroom has French doors that open to the corner balcony and has an en suite bath with a double-sink vanity, soaking tub, and walk-in shower. All bedrooms and the bunk room have large smart TVs connected to YouTubeTV plus your favorite streaming apps. Prepare grand meals and beach picnic snacks in the well-equipped full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a floating granite island/breakfast bar with stool seating. A 10-cup coffee maker and Keurig are available, as well as a microwave, toaster, Belgian waffle maker, and blender. The spacious great room has a large HDTV with a Blu-Ray player, Fire TV, and stereo. While this home does not have central air-conditioning, it is equipped with split-system air-conditioning. Watch the gorgeous Blue Mountain Beach / 30A sunsets at the end of the day on the private deck equipped with comfortable patio furniture. Enjoy the year-round heated pool and hot tub, as well as the fitness center and owners' lounge on-site. Amenities at Redfish Village feature an oversized heated pool, a small heated hot tub/lounging pool, an incredible gated children's playground, and three outdoor gas grilling stations. The home also has a Pack' n Play and a booster seat. This beautiful, quiet home has impressive 10-foot ceilings with hardwood floors in the great room, hallways, and kitchen. The prestigious Redfish Village complex borders the beautiful Redfish Lake and provides a boardwalk and overlook pavilion to explore the surrounding nature and soak in all the scenery.
