The fine print
The resort is under new management with Bluegreen Resorts Management, Inc., and we are working hard to renovate the property to provide an even better vacation experience for our guests and owners. Some Resort amenities may be affected throughout the renovation, and you may be able to see and hear construction during daytime hours. However, we are making every effort to limit the impact during your stay.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
A damage deposit of US$200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
