This colorful well-appointed Bohemian style apartment gives you a well-stocked colorful space to relax and unwind. Located in the trendy Riverside neighborhood, this unit boasts complimentary Wi-Fi, a fully stocked kitchen and honor bar and a sofa sleeper for extra guests. You are about 7 minutes from downtown and close to both Interstates and located in the sought after dining district. Bold colors prevail in this eclectic, eccentric vibe apartment.
I am a 'recovering" Hospitality professional with over 30 years' experience in the hotel/restaurant industry I run 3 apartments for short term rental, and I have 10 long term rentals in total.
Riverside is an older gentrified neighborhood just west of downtown that is the epicenter for good dining, lively bar and clubs and a walkable neighborhood. Most of the homes are circa 1906 to 1945 with many beautiful craftsman, American Four Square and Victorian examples that have been beautifully restored.
