Main floor has bathroom, kitchen, dinning table, bar, TV and family room. Unlike typical houses in Boston, this one is super quiet and very private, especially the spacious decks/backyard, which is southwest facing with a lot of sun, and with much higher elevation than the neighbors on next street. The driveway can park two cars, and there are also plenty free street parkings.

My family had lived in this lovely house for about 5 years. We moved to the countryside after our daughter graduated from Boston high school. This house had given my family so much joy over the years and now it is welcoming guests from all over the world!

This probably is the safest neighborhood in the entire city of Boston. It is probably even safer than neighboring suburb town. West Roxbury commuter train station is 0.6 miles / 12 minutes walk, which takes you to the Back Bay in 19 minutes with 6 stops. There are also buses around the corners. 5 stops to Ruggles station/North Eastern University, and Boston College is just a little over 10 minutes drive.
