My family moved from NY to SC in 2021 fell in love with the area. One of our favorite local things to do is spend the day out on Lake Keowee and nothing can beat the spirit you will experience for the Clemson Tigers. Why Purchased We came across a perfect little house that had everything we were looking for in a very convenient location. We were lucky enough to realize our dream of owning this home so we can host our family, friends and visitors. Our son will be attending Clemson in the fall so we hope we can also help out of state families find a place to stay.

There is plenty of room in the private driveway you can bring or rent a boat. Hit the water and enjoy a day of boating and fishing, or hike the trails to see waterfalls and wildlife. Visit the parks for picnicking, outdoor sports, and more. When you’re not out enjoying all the area has to offer you can relax and take advantage of the TV’s in the LR and in both bedrooms. We provide a fully stocked coffee bar with flavored creamers, sweeteners, hot chocolate, and a selection of teas. Sip your morning coffee or tea on the front porch or back deck. After a day of exploring, unwind at the bar table, and play a game of shuffleboard, original Pac Man or Pachinko in the mini-game room. Enjoy the secluded backyard equipped with a BBQ and fire-pit. Throw some food on the Grill and eat outside at the picnic table after a game of Ping Pong or Cornhole. Cozy up around the fire-pit and roast marshmallows.
