First level includes a primary bedroom with ensuite bathroom and walk-in shower, 2 king size bedrooms, a queen bunk bed bedroom (twin over queen), and a shared bathroom. Second level includes 1 king size bedroom, full bathroom, and game room. Game room offers a full size 4-player arcade (includes 10,000 games from 20+ systems and classic arcades), full size professional foosball table, Hook & Ring game, Hookey Ring Toss Game and many table games for varying ages. Also features a gaming table with four chairs, sleeper sofa, and 60” Roku TV. Babies: 3x Pack & Play baby cribs, high chair, baby gates on both sides of the stairs, power outlet covers, and several games for toddlers. Pets: Our HOA allows only 2 pets less than 25 lb each or one less than 40 lbs. If you are traveling with more pets, please reach out and we will discuss an arrangement. You will find a medium size dog crate, food/ drink bowls, waste bags, pet towels and some treats for your dogs. Fully stocked kitchen.
