This apartment is half of a duplex, adjoining a separate two-story home (there is a connecting door between the two units that remain locked). In addition to being a short walk from Manomet Beach, you'll be close to several ponds, conservation areas, golf courses, and the heart of Downtown Plymouth Harbor only a short drive away. Spend a day exploring the neighborhood using the local bike trails or taking out the provided kayak. If you're more into indoor entertainment, this retreat offers an inviting living room with a smart TV (there's no cable, only streaming capability). No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. This rental is located on floor 2. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
