Welcome to Cooper Young, the most charming area of Memphis! The neighborhood's best restaurants, cafes, and bars are all a short walk away, and you can drive downtown in 7 minutes. The updated historic cottage is sure to charm with its front porch swing, private fenced-in backyard patio, fire pit, hammock, and grill. The interior boasts 3 bright, spacious bedrooms with smart TVs in each, a roomy living area with ample cozy seating, a fully-stocked kitchen, large bathroom, and washer/dryer.

Cooper Young is an historic neighborhood known for its beautiful old homes, friendly atmosphere, vibrant nightlife, incredible food, street festivals, and shopping. -The Liberty Bowl and sports complexes of Liberty Park are a few blocks away. -The bustling food & drink scene of Midtown is all within a 3-5 minute drive. -Overton Park, The Memphis Zoo, and Brooks Art Museum are a 4 minute drive away. -Downtown and Beale Street, Sun Studio, and Stax Records are all 8-10 minutes away. -Graceland and Memphis International Airport are just 12 minutes away Private parking strip in front of the home and plenty of street parking available as well.
