Brown Bear Lodge welcomes everyone to experience the perfect blend of modern aesthetics and mountain charm. Nestled in the picturesque and charming area of Sugarloaf, this single-story haven offers proximity to a local corner market, a bar/grill, and scenic hiking trails. LIVING SPACE - Spacious 1200+ sq ft home designed for comfort and relaxation. The main living areas boasts ample seating, a dining table, bar seating, a smart TV, and a beautiful gas fireplace, creating a warm and inviting ambiance. ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedroom, 2 bath. Master bedroom has a king bed, TV, and private bath. Second bedroom has a queen bed and TV. Third bedroom has a double bed, twin bed, and TV. Extra blankets and pillows are available. KITCHEN - Stove, oven, double door refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, crockpot, rice cooker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more. AMENITIES - Smart TV, streaming apps along with fast WiFi, board games, and card games. A convenient laundry area with a side-by-side washer/dryer completes the home's practical amenities. OUTDOORS - Back deck with gas barbecue. Walk to local market, bar/grill, and National Forest. PARKING - 2 car driveway Other things to note: Per county requirements, we are permitted a maximum occupancy of 6 guests. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person.
