This property has limited accessibility options. The property is not fully accessible by wheelchair. There are no elevators, but stairways have handrails. Guests will have to use a staircase to access rooms. There is a walkway to the lobby.
We allow service animals, but we request documentation showing the animal is a registered service animal.
The lobby can only accessed by wheelchair with staff assistance. There isn't a lower countertop for wheelchair guests to check-in. Staff assistance is available for parking for guests with handicapped parking needs, but we do not have any designated handicapped parking spaces. We do not have assistive listening devices, braille, raised signage, hospital beds, portable hoists, pool hoists, sign-language capable staff, visual alarms in hallways/corridors, or wheelchairs available on-site. Guestrooms are not fully wheelchair accessible. Guest bathrooms do not have any accessible features (e.g. bathtub, shower, raised toilet, lower sink, grab rails, emergency pull cord, lowered electrical outlets, wheelchair accessible bathroom vanity).
Our guestrooms also do not have a ceiling hoist, doorbell/telephone notification, lever door handles, closed captioned TV, telephone accessibility kit, or vibrating pillow alarm. The emergency procedure to exit the guestrooms in case of an emergency is to open the guestroom door, walk outside the guestroom onto the walkways, and walk towards the closest parking lot area and/or the hotel entrance.
