Our vacation rental bungalow is located in the Poinciana Village of Naples, Florida. As you step through the front door of this inviting vacation home, you'll find a world of comfort and convenience awaiting you. The spacious living room boasts a large screen TV, a comfortable sofa with a pull-out full-sized mattress, and two swivel and reclining chairs, making it the ideal space for unwinding after a day of exploring. Bedroom #2 and #3 are easily accessible from the living room, connected by a hallway, offering privacy and convenience for families and groups. Our modern and fully-equipped kitchen is the heart of this home. With pristine white cabinets, granite countertops, and gleaming stainless steel appliances, it's a chef's dream. The adjacent dining table comfortably seats six, making family meals a breeze. The family room, just steps away, features plush furnishings and a smart TV, allowing you to stream your favorite entertainment. Step outside to the screened and enclosed lanai, where you'll find a dining table for four and a propane gas grill for outdoor feasts. A covered carport accommodates small to mid-sized vehicles, with additional parking available in the driveway. The garage houses a laundry room, bikes, and beach gear for your convenience.
