The property is right near the Town of Ulster Library, and there is a dedicated parking spot for your car. It is located in a suburban neighborhood with woods on one side, and houses on the other 3 (two separated by fences).
The property is a 10min drive between 3 great areas: Downtown Kingston, the (lovely) Stockade District, or a bunch of chain stores if you need things.
There is a diner you can walk to, but overall a car, bike, or Uber is recommended for navigating the area
