Floats may be put in the river at the River Park Pavilion which is located approximately 1 1/2 miles north on Hwy 5 and ends at the rock steps at the Canoe House. This journey takes around 90 minutes. The cabin features a fully equipped kitchen, an ensuite master bathroom, and a second full bath that doubles as a laundry room, making it ideal for longer stays. Enjoy a river view from every bedroom! Sip your morning coffee on the deck while soaking in the stunning river views, or take a leisurely stroll down the private steps to the water for a day filled with kayaking, tubing, or simply unwinding by the riverbank. Hike the Amicalola Falls in nearby Dahlonega, GA, or the historical landmark Bear Creek Trail in Ellijay to see the 2nd largest Gennett Poplar in the state of GA.
