In efforts to contribute to revitalizing Frankfort's Historic Area the 3-unit property was purchased in 2020 and is slowly being renovated by us with respect for the built environment. We currently spend our time between FL & KY. Jason a British/American Master Carpenter, Toni a Jamaican/American trained Architect working in Civil Engineering. Our property is nestled at the heart of Kentucky; Frankfort offers an easy commute to three other vibrant cities: a mere 35-minute drive to Lexington, just 50 minutes to Louisville, and an adventure-packed 1 hour and 24 minutes to the captivating Cincinnati. The neighbor is safe & ideal for running, walking, and leisurely strolls, offering a pleasant path leading to the Capitol grounds and the Governor's Mansion.
