A 3bd 2bath 1 office 1452 Sq Ft Single family home. while this adorable home is a perfect get away for you and the family, Its location makes it easy for you to get around. You are only: 5 mins to Down town Salinas and Steinbeck Museum Center. 10 mins to the River Road Wine trail 15 mins to Laguna Seca Raceway 17 mins Monterey/Canary Row/Monterey Bay Aquarium 30 minutes to Carmel by the Sea, Pacific Grove and Pebble beach 40 mins to Santa Cruz, Big Sur and The Pinnacles National Park. 3 to 23 miles to Golf courses Over 29 to chose from examples;Jack Nicholas, Poppy Hills, Spanish Bay, Pebble Beach, Quail Lodge, Black Horse While the home is equipped to host 8 people, we think the perfect group size is 5-6. We're happy to host all 8 but keep in mind it will be a little cozier. Lush + private fenced backyard Cozy living room with leather couches.
