The kitchen comes ready for home cooking with a suite of stainless steel appliances, and there's seating for four at the adjacent dining table. The breakfast bar can accommodate up to three for coffee and light snacks. There is also a separate dry bar with a beverage fridge for added convenience. THINGS TO KNOW The sunroom with the twin trundle beds is not heated, and can only be used in the summer months.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
