Enjoy swimming, sailing, boating on the lake, or hiking through the surrounding mountains. In Winter, it’s only a 2-minute drive to family-friendly Homewood Mountain Resort, or 25 minutes to the varied ski terrain of Palisades Tahoe. Guests will love spending evenings barbecuing on the community grill or stargazing by the oversized firepit—plus walkable beach access down the road! A cozy, calm atmosphere awaits inside this lovely 2-level cottage. On the bottom floor, 2 beautiful bedrooms, each with a king bed and TV, promise nights of peaceful rest. For maximum comfort, the second bedroom’s king bed can easily convert into 2 twin beds. Take advantage of the stacked washer and dryer in the hall closet. On the upper level, stunning chevron parquet floors stretch throughout the living space, dining area, and kitchen. Settle onto the soft loveseat for a night of streaming movies on the TV. When it’s time to refuel, guests will find everything they need for preparing meals in the kitchen, including high-end appliances. Parking for 1 vehicle makes it easy to explore the area. For beach access, turn left out of the driveway, walk to Fern Street, cross the street, and follow the braided cement path to the beach.
