It is the entire 3rd floor of the Celebration House, a 5,000 square foot home on Captiva Island within walking distance to the beach. There is a private entrance and exit. Each of the two bedrooms has their own bathroom; one bedroom with a king-sized bed and the other with a queen-sized bed. The 2nd bedroom has its own private entrance and exit. On one side, the Celebration House is just a short stroll to the famous Captiva Island beach on the Gulf of Mexico and the inter coastal on the other side.
