The best part of the neighborhood is that it is quiet and safe. It is very family friendly with a good amount of people walking around during the late afternoon/early evening. The skate and dog park is within walking distance and a 5 minute drive to the downtown area where many events happen during the week and weekend. Barksdale Air Force Base is also 5 minutes away great for those that are traveling TDY or in need of a temporary stay. We are right off the Clyde Fant Parkway for those that need immediate access to the highway. Uber & Lyft are the rideshare apps providing service to the Shreveport, Boissier area. Rental car are available, and can be reserved through: Enterprise, National, Avis, Hertz, and Budget. Parking is on site. Two garage spaces and four driveway spaces are included in your reservation. Parking on the street is not permitted per HOA mandate.
