The townhouse is one of only 38 residences on a private drive. It's very quiet and provides easy access to major freeways and attractions. There is a variety of dining, cocktail, and brewery options within a mile of the home.
We are both native Phoenicians and our families have lived in Arizona for more than three generations. We love the Central Phoenix area and take an interest in finding new and exciting things to do around our neighborhood. We love the amazing restaurants located in close proximity to our home and frequently get out to try new ones. We both love to travel to the beach and mountains; our favorites are San Diego and Flagstaff. Ryan is also a regular business traveler, having been to more than 130 cities, across 16 countries, and flying almost 500k miles.
Our neighborhood has a Walk Score of 62 out of 100, so some errands can be accomplished on foot. Uber and Lyft are easy and affordable methods of transportation in this area. If you're planning to rent a car, there are two parking spaces available in the unit's covered carport and additional parking nearby. There is also convenient access to public transit, taxi, and bike lanes. Our major cross streets are 12th St. and Missouri Ave. If you’d like to estimate the distance or travel time to/from our home, we suggest that you look up “Virginia G.
