This 2 BR/2BA condo is stocked with everything you need to make Edisto Island feel like home. Living Space - The main living area has been recently updated with a contemporary furnishings (none of that 1970’s early goodwill décor here!) a sleeper sofa, a large dining table, access to the large screened-in porch and of course a flat screen tv with cable and streaming capabilities. The Kitchen – The updated kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The bay window provides beautiful views of the golf course while you are doing dishes. (Just kidding, there is a dishwasher). The kitchen is stocked with all the necessities and a few simple luxuries like a steam pot for shrimp, beer glasses and a margarita pitcher. There is even a wet bar for additional storage. Bedrooms - Both bedrooms have their own private bathrooms with updated cabinets and fixtures. The first bedroom has a queen bed, wall mounted flat screen tv and direct access to the screened-in porch. The second room has two double beds and its own wall mounted flat screen tv.

Guests will need to stop at the Gate and ask for a Parking Pass to get into the Resort . Keys are located in a log box at the Condo and the code will be provided prior to arrival Please be aware that were providing one set of towels for each bed and 6 set of Bath towels and Dish detergent, Soap, Paper towels,garbage bags . For longer stays: Dish detergent, Soap, Paper towels,garbage bags & Toilet paper can not be provided by the owner

Welcome to Oak Ridge Resort on Edisto Island where a “Change in Attitude” is guaranteed. Located on the south end of the island, this two bedroom, first floor condo is surrounded by amenities, minutes from the beach and has a beautiful, view up the 4th fairway of Plantation Golf Course. Large screened-in porch overlooks the 4th green and is surrounded by island vegetation. Within the resort, you will have access (additional fees may apply) to golf, private beach cabanas, multiple pools, playgrounds, miniature golf, Ella & Ollie’s Restaurant, fitness center and bike rentals. Outside the resort gate, you will find additional restaurants, watersport options, a range of shopping (from traditional tacky beach souvenirs to cute boutiques that you wouldn’t expect to find). a very reasonably priced BI-LO grocery store and of course the beautiful Edisto beaches. It’s only a short drive or bike ride to the beach and every cross street along the main street has a beach access point with parking. We highly recommend a trip to Botony Bay and the Wyndham Resort provides daily excursions to places like Charleston, Beaufort and Savannah for a very reasonable fee.
