Despite being close to town, the complex is tucked away from the main street, offering a quiet and serene setting. We hope you'll enjoy waking up to stunning ocean views and sipping coffee on your private lanai off the master bedroom. It's the perfect spot to observe humpback whales, spinner dolphins, and other marine life. First Floor includes: * Full Kitchen: Equipped with a gas stove, full refrigerator, coffee makers, all necessary dishware, glassware, utensils, and more. * Combined Dining/Living Area: Features a smart TV with cable channels and WiFi. * In-Unit Washer/Dryer * Half Bathroom * Air Conditioning: Available in the living room, with the option to open the sliding doors for fresh ocean breezes. Second Floor includes: *Shared Full Bathroom: Includes a shower and tub. * Master Bedroom: Furnished with a comfortable king-size bed, ceiling fan, and AC unit. * Guest Bedroom: Contains two twin beds, a ceiling fan, and a portable AC unit. * Additional Sleeping: A queen-size air mattress (sleeps 2) is available in the living room.

Often referred to as Kona by locals, Kailua-Kona is a beautiful seaside town in the heart of the Kona district. Set on the western coast of the Big Island, it’s a sunny spot with white-sand beaches where you can enjoy swimming and snorkeling. Once a sleepy fishing village, this sun-soaked part of the island is only a few miles south of Kona International Airport. One of the best ways to experience this area and its spectacular island views is by taking a leisurely stroll along the picturesque waterfront. The convenient location allows you to walk to shops, restaurants, and beaches. For those who want to explore further, the bikeshare program and Kona trolley are great options. 5 minute walk to Hon’l Beach, 1.2 miles to King Kam Beach and 2.6 miles to Magic Sand Beach.
