​Heritage Place Subdivision is located in the north side of Brownsville on West Alton Gloor Blvd. We are recognized by our peach colored walls and the large American flag that flies daily near our front entrance. We have easy access to our neighborhood at three entrances. The front entrance is at the intersection of West Alton Gloor Blvd and Laredo Rd. The rear entrance is at the intersection of Laredo Rd. and Morrison Rd. The alternate entrance is at the intersection of Morrison Rd. and Sterling St. Heritage Place is home to a diverse community of professionals and their families who enjoy the beauty and quiet of our subdivision, along with the friendliness of our neighbors. We are conveniently close to medical and emergency facilities, retail stores, restaurants, sporting and entertainment, and high performing schools.
