This home is thoughtfully designed with high-standard furniture and elegant décor, offering everything you need for a lovely stay. While the Windsor Cay clubhouse is still being completed, our guests have full access to the Windsor Island Clubhouse. Step into a whimsical world with our Toy Story-themed room and an enchanting Harry Potter-themed room, perfect for adding a touch of magic to your visit. The open-style kitchen is well-equipped with modern appliances and extends into a charming living room, creating an inviting space for family gatherings. Enjoy seamless indoor-outdoor living with sliding glass doors leading to a private poolside paradise. To enhance your comfort, we are delighted to offer complimentary pool heating services, allowing you to enjoy a refreshing swim any time of year. Please be advised that, in accordance with our payment policy, an initial payment equal to 50% of the total reservation amount is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance of 50% shall be payable within 30 calendar days from the date of booking. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in instances where the check-in date occurs within the same calendar month as the booking confirmation, the total reservation amount shall be due and payable in full at the time of booking. If you need to cancel your reservation, please do so at least 30 days before your arrival date. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival or fail to show up, you will be charged the full price of your reservation. However, if you cancel up to 30 days before your arrival date, you will only have to pay the 4.5% credit card fee. In the event of a cancellation, we will process any refund owed on the scheduled check-in day. Early check-in or late checkout may be available by an extra charge if the property schedule permits it.
