Charming renovated ocean block property. Open floor plan on the lower level with 3 bedrooms on the upper level. Full baths on each level. Newly renovated kitchen with a large island. Large dining table and able seating for all. Full bath off the kitchen near back of the house. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms - bedroom 1 (queen) has sliders to front deck. Bedroom 2 bunk (twin over full with twin trundle), Bedroom 3 (queen) with sliders out to back deck overlooking back yard. Roof deck with panoramic views - ocean and bay! Excellent beach access to guarded beach (in season) and close to many shops, restaurants and activities!
