Summit has a small portfolio of unique, well cared for homes owned by the loveliest owners. They believe honesty is the best policy and are here to ensure you have the best possible stay in one of the most beautiful places on earth! Next Steps After you book with us, we will send you a message with some friendly 'get to know you' questions. We will also send over our rental agreement for you to sign. Checking In You will check in by going right to the home using the digital keypad located on the front door. Your code will be messaged to you 2 days before you arrive. Communication You can get ahold of us anytime on the app or via our local phone number. However, there may be delays after 6pm when we are home with our families. We have a QR code guest book on the fridge that has a wealth of information in it and can help answer most questions.

Our home is a stunning, large, luxury Tahoe home with rustic touches. Boasting 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, 3 car garage, parking for 6 vehicles, roof top hot tub, hammock & new patio table. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you'd need to whip up a feast. The living room has a huge comfortable couch and large Smart TV for watching movies on those chilly Tahoe nights. The bedrooms are simply furnished with beds, a side table and a lamp. Meyers is a well loved area of South Lake away from the hustle and bustle of Stateline. This quiet county neighborhood is best for families and those looking to relax. Just a short walk or bike ride from this home are miles of forested hiking and biking trails. Shop like a local at Holiday Market which is the nearest grocery store. Grab a beer and bite to eat at the Divided Sky. For breakfast, you are close to one of the best breakfast spots in Tahoe called the Getaway Cafe. Drive times to attractions: Heavenly Mountain Resort - 20 mins El Dorado Beach - 15 mins Stateline/Casinos - 20 mins Zephyr Cove - 25 mins Camp Richardson - 15 mins Sierra-at-Tahoe - 20 mins Kirkwood Ski Resort - 40 mins Transportation options: Car, Uber, Lyft and local taxi.
