Nestled just off Niantic River Road, this delightful home is steps from the scenic Niantic River, a predominantly tidal river in eastern Connecticut. The 5.2-mile river is crossed by the Niantic River Bridge, which carries Amtrak's Northeast Corridor and connects the towns of East Lyme/Niantic and Waterford. With fantastic fishing and kayaking opportunities, the river's mouth opens to the Long Island Sound, where you'll find tranquil waves and saltwater beaches within 1-2 miles. Take a leisurely stroll or bike ride to explore nearby eateries, such as the renowned seafood restaurant, The Dock, Fat Tuna.
