Hi, I'm Tracy! I am an outdoor enthusiast enjoying all that Montrose and the surrounding mountains, canyons, and deserts have to offer! I love to bike our local trails, hike with my dogs down by the river, ski in Telluride, cross country ski at the Black Canyon, and play pickle ball at the Montrose Rec Center. I'm excited you have chosen to stay at my little place...I hope you will enjoy your time here! Downtown Montrose neighborhood...Close to City Market (3 blocks) and downtown restaurants. There is a coffee shop, a juice bar, a deli, and a Cold stone Creamery just out the back gate of the property! Easy street parking, and within walking distance to downtown Montrose. About a ten minute walk to River Bottom Park.
