The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. 15 mins from center city, convention center Temple university. We're close to downtown, walking distance of a huge AMC movie theatre and restaurants. FREE Wifi- You'll have the whole house exclusively except from the garage which was converted to an independent Airbnb apartment. Free Street parking is widely available. Non smokers only! Hefty 265 fine for any guests smoking in the property.

In this house for 15 years with my husband and 2 kids, now that they are at college, we are doing Airbnb to help with college tuition. We enjoy sharing our home and our distinctive Philly with others, however, we are seriously allergic to lingering smoke. Please don’t smoke. We are a very quiet family that loves to travel and meet new people. Welcome to Philly!!! I’ll be available by text or call at any time.
This is a quiet up and coming residential Neighborhood with easy transportation to all the interesting spots: Art museum, Eastearn Penitentiary, the Parkway, Rocky steps and statue. Route 33 goes to visitor center, independence hall, first church, pens landing, Art museum, love park, liberty Mall. liberty bell, City Hall, and all mayor attractions across market street. Bus to downtown is secure and very close! You can take route 33 two blocks away on ridge and Jefferson st. In its way back from Market st or pennslanding it drops you at my door right on the corner or 19th and Oxford. For food you can go to Temple university square for lot of informal dining for more fun and formal go near Fairmount and 21 st, And for very very fun please visit Reading Market
