Upon your arrival, you can expect to find: - A master suite with a Queen size mattress and an on-suite bathroom with a walk in shower. - A guest room with two sets of bunk beds (full size mattresses on the bottom, twin on top), a bathroom with a shower/tub combo, and a private entry from the outside. - An open living area with the kitchen, dining, and living rooms all continuing into one another - perfect for connecting with your guests! - A grand dining table that seats 6. - A living room that features tall ceilings, a wood-burning fireplace, and lots of windows that provide gorgeous natural lighting. - A beautiful, huge yard right on the lake front with a sand volleyball court and a table for meals with views of the lake. - Access to your own boat dock. - Wifi, television, and a clothes washer/dryer for your convenience and enjoyment. Note that the Comanche Trail Guest house is its own private home, but the property is shared with the owner's main home next door. The owner is usually out of town, but you may occasionally see the owner on the property in the shared spaces. There are 2 boat docks, one for the owner and the other for your use.
