This is a 1 story home. You'll have a 1 bedroom, queen bed with work desk in room. Bathroom is next door that is shared with 1 other person.
Keyless entry.
Laundry room is available for use after 8pm for 5 dollars per load. Detergent provided. Can be paid via cash app, credit card, cash.
Kitchen is available for use, provide your own food and clean up after yourself is a must.
You can sit in the living room to watch TV if you don't want to watch it in your room.
You can use printer up to 10 pages for free. After 10 pages it's .10 per page. You will need your own laptop to plug in.
God 1st! I have danced professionally with the NBA & NFL. I am currently serving with the Texas Army National Guard Full Time as well as pursing my candle business Whit's Candles & Tings.
The neighborhood is quiet and convenient to hop on I20 and I35. You'll be sharing the home with myself and father but you'll barely know we are there.
Plenty of places to eat near by and only 15-18 minutes from downtown Dallas.
Arlington where the Cowboys stadium, 6 flags, and Global Life Field are located is about a 25 min drive.
