Situated on a nice level lot, there are decks located at both the front and back of the home, and on each level! You’ll find an EV charger on the side of the home that’s open for guests. The backyard is enclosed by a fence with a picnic table to enjoy the stars for those clear nights.
Located on the quiet east end of town near Erwin Lake park, horseback riding, hiking, off roading and is easily accessible from Highway 38, while still being only 7 miles from the slopes.
