The W is perfectly situated in mid-beach. Close enough to the action to walk there quickly but just far enough away to not have to hear it all night long. The neighborhood is very safe and well-lit. Lots of bars and restaurants within a 10 minute walk, and even more if willing to walk 20-30 minutes.
