It's a great spot for windsurfing, parasailing, and fishing for landlocked salmon, brook trout, brown trout, smallmouth bass, and largemouth bass. Sebago Lake State Park - one of Maine's five original state parks - is only a mile away as well. The property edges up to a small marina on the lakeshore, with big-sky views that are particularly lovely at sunrise and sunset. To help you take in the waterfront setting, there's a lake-facing patio with rocking chairs, a gas grill, a dining table, and a firepit for when the evenings turn cool. Inside, find all the charms of a classic Maine lake house, from wood-paneled walls to a back wall of glass framing the marina and the lake beyond. The space by the windows is also your dining room, a wonderful spot for morning pancakes and evening board games by the gas fireplace. Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
