The Cottages on White's Creek is a community of single family homes located in Ocean View DE and just a few miles from the ocean and boardwalk in Bethany Beach. Relax in the outdoor community pool or bring your boat and use the boat ramp for access to the Indian River Bay and the Atlantic Ocean. This multilevel home offers 3 bedrooms, 2 and 1/2 bathrooms, a 40' flat screen TV, outside shower, an open porch, deck and a great yard for bbq's. Located just a short drive to Bethany Beach and the ocean. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
