Additionally, the home's central air-conditioning offers a cool escape from the sun. Also inside, appreciate having access to a sunroom (perfect for afternoon reading sessions), a board game collection, and a private washer/dryer. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. The garage is not for guest use. The fireplace is not for guest use. This property is not equipped with cable. Guests can stream with their own accounts. Lawn care service comes every Tuesday during the summer. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
