This is a 2 bedroom condo. Completely updated, big front deck and private patio. It has a designated work place or you can wind down by watching some movies on the 55” flat screen TV. It has all kitchen essentials to make it easier to cook in the kitchen with updated appliances. Enjoy the convenience of an in-unit laundry room tucked in a room off the unit between the garage, easily accessed from the door off the living room. This space also opens to a serene covered porch and private driveway. Laundry amenities are available for extended stays of one week or more. Thanks for your interest! We do offer airport pickup for a reasonable fee, but it depends on the time of arrival and our availability. If you send your flight details, I’ll let you know if we can arrange it.

We are 2 professionals that love to travel ourselves. There is so much to do in the Ithaca area and can provide you with great places to eat, family activities and attractions. This is the best location if you want to visit Ithaca NY, Syracuse NY, Watkins Glen NY, or Binghamton NY.

It is a quiet neighborhood and only 15 minutes from downtown Ithaca, hour from Syracuse, and an hour from Binghamton. Private parking on property and security cameras installed outside. It off the main road that takes you into Ithaca. This home has everything you need for gatherings, relaxing night in, or traveling with your kids. There are local restaurants, hiking trails, golfing, museums, science centers, gorges and much more.
