Our house, in El Granada, California, just 3 miles from downtown Half Moon Bay, is lovingly referred to as "The Nest". It is a spacious and inviting upper-level home that offers a relaxing coastal escape and ocean views. The property features three well-appointed bedrooms, each with a comfortable king-sized bed. There is a full bathroom attached to the master bedroom, and a shared full bath for the rest of the home. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood just uphill from the Pacific Ocean. Inside, you'll find a stylish and beachy ambiance, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout the home. The living space is warm and welcoming, and includes a well-equipped kitchen where you can prepare meals with ease. There is also a washer and dryer in the garage (down interior stairs) for your use during your stay. For outdoor enjoyment, you have an outdoor patio for your use, which includes Adirondack chairs, outdoor couches, two firepits, and a barbecue grill. This space is perfect for gatherings with family and friends, creating memorable moments during your stay. Please note there is a completely separate 1-bedroom unit below this unit, and there may be a guest in that unit. The units are completely separate, with separate entrances.
The Nest is comfortable walking distance, with a moderate elevation change, to Pillar Point Harbor, and Miramar, with a roughly 20-minute walk to both. Less than a 15-minute walk to Surfer’s Beach and the locally favorite Spangler’s Market make this location an ideal spot. A perfect home to access all the area has to offer, including the Coastal Trail, restaurants, kayaking, weddings, or just soaking in the coastal vibes.
