Welcome to the 3rd installation of the "Cozy AF" series. The Steel Rose Studio, a cozy, romantic and unique industrial loft seated in a historic 1920s building with so much character and soul. Located in the heart of Tampa, minutes away from the airport, Armature Works, downtown, Ybor, Buccaneers and Lighting stadiums. You won't find a better location! Our goal isn't to just give you a place to stay, but rather an experience you will cherish forever.

Neighbourhood information

The history of this industrial building and neighborhood is quite interesting. The building was built in 1926 and was part of the Central Avenue district, which was the principal business and entertainment district in Tampa. Central Avenue was home to some of the first Tampa natives including Ray Charles where he recorded his first song. Now this is a beautiful, working class neighborhood where each and every house is unique with its own personality and charm.
