This oversized loft-style apartment features high-end furnishings and offers the best views of the area. We are only a few minute walk to Kennedy Plaza Bus Hub, Convention center, Financial District, College Hill, Federal Hill, Outdoor Ice Skating Rink and the Providence Place Mall.

Come and experience the accessibility of our place to the beautiful and friendly city of Providence. The vibrant small city is full of culture, history, and diverse neighborhoods, with artistic landscapes throughout the community. There are 15 neighborhoods that made Providence “America’s Coolest City” (GQ) and “America’s Favorite City” (Travel + Leisure). The apartment is one mile away from Downtown Providence, Rhode Island Convention Center, and Waterplace Park and just 10 minutes walking to Providence Place Mall. Walk to fantastic restaurants and bars at Atwells Ave (Federal Hill, Italian neighborhood), Dunkin' Donuts Center, PPAC, train station and so much more!
