This cozy and updated 1-bedroom, 1-bath, two-story townhouse is just a 10-minute walk to Attitash Mountain and comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests. Located on the third and fourth floors, the condo features a full kitchen with all the essentials, a welcoming living area with a gas fireplace, and access to all resort amenities.
Inside, you’ll enter through a staircase that leads to the main living space, including the kitchen, dining area, and living room with a queen-sized pullout sofa. This level also has a full bathroom with a compact washer/dryer. Upstairs, you'll find the bedroom with two twin beds. All rooms include TVs, A/C, and heat. Please note: there is no elevator and several sets of stairs within the unit, so it's not ideal for folks with mobility challenges. There are no child safety gates, however, a pack-and-play and kids' dish ware are available.
Resort amenities are all within walking distance and include:
Indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, fitness room, and game room (open daily 9am–10pm)
Seasonal outdoor pool and year-round outdoor hot tub (limited winter hours)
Tennis courts, ping pong, BBQ grills (first-come), and access to the 3-mile Saco River Trail
Winter fun like ice skating (BYO skates or rent nearby), hiking, and a play structure.
Coin operated washer & dryer in Hospitality Building open 7am-9pm.
Matty B’s, the family-friendly onsite restaurant, offers dine-in and takeout. The North Conway Scenic Railroad’s Bartlett stop is right behind the Hospitality Building.
