You'll be within walking distance of bayside beaches and only a mile from the Dune Shacks Trailhead. The Provincetown Historic District and the marina/waterfront are within three miles of the condo. The condo features a loft bedroom-style layout, with household living areas occupying the ground-floor level. A handy kitchenette makes it easy to whip up beach snacks or easy at-home meals. The sunny private deck includes a gas grill for summertime cookouts. Free WiFi is also equipped for added convenience. Things to Know Homeowner Association restrictions do not allow for more than 2 overnight occupants. This unit is not equipped with a TV. There is a portable grill for off-premise use. Beds are located in the loft with access by a stair ladder. There is a low ceiling in the loft space. House Rules Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
